Unforgettable Homemade Mustard Sauce

My mother-in-law's recipe for her perfect mustard sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 25 ml Cooking Oil
  • 25 ml Flour
  • 50 ml Mustard Powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 ml Salt
  • 250 ml Boiling Water
  • 50 ml White Vinegar
  • 250 ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 Juice from Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the oil, flour, mustard powder, sugar, salt and boiling water. And blend until smooth.
  • Place the mixture into a pot and heat up over the stove. Removing from the heat as soon as it starts to boil.
  • Mix in the vinegar, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
