A week night recipe on the fly! We love a full flavoured pork stir fry dish that can fill the family or make enough for lunch the next day!

Ingredients
  

  • 500g pork strips you can also use beef
  • 1 green pepper deseeded and sliced
  • 1 large onion halved and sliced
  • 2 cups yoghurt Greek or plain
  • 5 tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps white pepper
  • coconut oil for frying
  • fresh thyme for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef strips until browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add all the other ingredients, mix well, place lid on and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
