After the hearing on Wednesday 9 March, Former minister of social development, Bathabile Dlamini, was found guilty of perjury.
Bathabile Dlamini will address the court before the trial commences.
Bathabile Dlamini will have to return to court on 1 October 2021.
After 3 years, the Constitutional Court is holding Bathabile Dlamini accountable for her reckless acts of perjury.
