Gauteng police have offered a reward of R100 000 to anyone with credible information that can lead to the arrest and successful conviction of the “dangerous” man wanted in connection with the two counts of murder he committed in Soweto and in KwaZulu-Natal.
Mbuso Ndabazovela Biyela is wanted for murders that were committed between 2017 and 2022 in Jabulani (Soweto) in Gauteng, and Nquthu in KwaZulu-Natal. For now, the whereabout of Biyela are unknown, not even where he was last seen, and citizens have been warned that he is armed and considered extremely dangerous.
“The suspect is tall, light in complexion and deemed armed and very dangerous. Anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of the suspect as well as the conviction is urged to call Major General Mbuso Khumalo at 082 555 8642 and Colonel Friccah Masilela at 082 822 7270 or the Crime Stop Line at 08600 10111. All received information will be treated as confidential,” said Colonel Dimakatso Sello, SAPS spokesperson.
Alternative tip-offs can be submitted via the police’s My SAPS application. Members of the public should note that that all information received about the suspect will be treated as highly confidential.
