Vusi Thembekwayo, the well-known motivational speaker is now facing some legal woes as his wife filed for divorce.

To date, Palesa has cited domestic violence abuse, and cheating as the reasons for her divorce. However, Vusi Thembekwayo is maintaining his innocence.
“As it stands, I maintain my innocence and will prove this in the appropriate platform and trust the Justice Department to deal with it accordingly. I have always been an advocate of equality, committed to eradicating all forms of GBV and I believe that my record speaks for itself in this regard.”
The motivational speaker shared that he will be proving his innocence on the correct platforms and at the correct time.
Right now, Thembekwayo is accused of physically assaulting his wife. The Citizen reports that the motivational speaker slapped his wife, dragged her downstairs and forced her into a car.

As reported by the Sunday World, Vusi Thembekwayo claims that he was scheduled to be on a business trip at this time. However, due to the Omicron outbreak, his flight was canceled.
Upon returning home, Vusi Thembekwayo allegedly found his wife inebriated and was upset with this. He reportedly wanted her to leave the home, but she wouldn’t.

According to Palesa, this is when the fight ensued. Leading to Vusi Thembekwayo to pull her by the leg off the bed and drag her down a flight of stairs. Vusi also allegedly slapped her multiple times during the altercation.
Thus far, Vusi Thembekwayo and his wife would be married for at least 13 years. The couple wed in 2009 and have three children together.
