Twitter circle was first launched back in May to a select amount of Twitter users to test out the new feature. As of today, the feature will be available to any Twitter user who has an account.

Presently, many celebrities and ordinary people face scrutiny. When it comes to one tweet that they may post on their platforms. However, this may be a thing of the past with the new feature Twitter circle.
At the time of the testing, Twitter found that more users found that the feature was much safer when it comes to general expression. The study also found that users posted much more tweets using the feature.
Among some of the other features that come in handy, is the fact that the app has made posting more convenient as the study further found that account holders had more engagement with their followers with the feature.
Creating a safe place for expression
Right now, Twitter circle allows an account holder to select as many as 150 users to their Twitter circle. This means that whoever is part of your circle is the only people who are able to see your tweet.
This feature allows you to post what you want even if your profile has been set to public. As reported by Fast Company, other followers will see that you have posted a tweet. However, they won’t be able to see what you have posted.

Thus far, Twitter has revealed that account holders will now feel safer when posting tweets as they won’t face the risk of any harassment or bullying and can now post what they feel whenever they feel want to post something.
On the bright side, your Twitter circle can also be changed as you can remove someone from your Twitter circle without the individual being notified. Account holders will be able to set up their circle when they compose a tweet.
