R Kelly is currently serving a 30-year sentence for committing sexual assault on multiple victims. The victims were reportedly minors. To date, the singer’s managers and entourage helped the singer recruit women.
Singer faces thirty years in prison
To date, R Kelly requested that some of the jurors be taken out of the jury if they have watched the Surviving R Kelly documentary. However, the judge dismissed this as long as jurors were able to prove that they could be impartial.
So far, most of the jury members are reported to have been black people. R Kelly previously expressed that he would not get a fair trial with all of the jury being black.
As shared by the Daily Mail, the singer is serving a 30-year sentence. After he has been convicted of sexually assaulting many victims with most of them being minors.
Victim under the pseudonym Jane will testify against R Kelly
In 2008, R Kelly was acquitted of his child pornography charges after the victim failed to come forward. The singer is also believed to have rigged his porn video with a victim. Who is reported to be 14 years old at the time it was made.
So far, the victim who was previously reported to have been intimidated by R Kelly and his team with money is now expected to testify about the 2008 video that came to the fore. She will be referred to under the pseudonym, Jane.

Presently, it is reported that R Kelly recruited girls at concerts and mall performances and would use his team to hand his contact details to the girls in an effort to meet them at a later stage.
Thus far, all of the victims are reported to have been threatened with video footage of themselves having sex with the singer if they chose to speak about what was taking place. Some were always punished with brutal spanking if they broke one of the singer’s rules.
The trial is scheduled to take place for over a month.
