As shared by Today.com, Israel and Adrienne Bailon have decided to conceive their first child via surrogate after difficulty with receiving one on her own. The Cheetas alumni penned a heartfelt message on her Instagram this past Tuesday 16th of August.
“Our baby boy is here & we are so in love! If you have followed our love story … you know that our journey to baby has been very challenging. But God is true to His word and His promises.”
To conclude her statement, Adrienne Bailon thanked her “angel surrogate” for bringing their baby boy into the world. The couple shared that they’ve named him Ever James Houghton.
Fertility struggles and IVF procedures
In an interview in 2020, Adrienne Bailon got candid about her willingness to have a family with her husband Israel. The gospel singer previously welcomed four children in his previous marriage.
“My wish for next year would be to start a family. That would be my biggest dream come true. I’ve always said I want to be a mom.”

This year, the new mum shared that she is happy to lose sleep now that their baby is finally in the world. For the past 9 months, the couple did not disclose any details about their pregnancy.
