Praise for Chicken
Chicken meat is simply amazing. Aside from being absolutely delicious, it also provides the body with a surplus of important vitamins and minerals. High in protein, it naturally fuels the body in a healthy way. It is also a wonderful source of amino acids, such as tryptophan, which along with vitamin B6 aids in serotonin production. Keeping the body healthy and the mind happy. It is also a low-fat meat, making it the better choice for anyone watching their cholesterol and blood pressure.
Curry Chicken that’s Effortless to Make
In just over an hour you can have 6 scrumptious servings of curried chicken pieces waiting to be devoured. And it is as simple as throwing together your marinade ingredients, such as garlic, lemon, thyme and curry powder with a bit of olive oil. Then covering your chicken in the sauce, leaving it to absorb all the flavours for at least 10 minutes. And finally some grilling, which you can choose to do in the oven or, my favourite, on the braai.
