Yumminess just bursts from within this totally divine Marie Biscuit fudge recipe! It is quick to make and leaves you with a soft and crunchy sweet treat, guaranteed to hit the spot.
Emergency Fudge with Marie Biscuits
It might not be called the same thing for everyone, but most of us know what an emergency treat is. So if you find yourself dreaming about just a little bit of sweet comfort during a busy day try making this quick snack at home instead of shooting out to the shops. It literally only takes 30 minutes, if not less.
First, you crumble up a packet of Marie Biscuits (or whatever other plain crunchy biscuits you can get your hands on). Then you heat up your butter, mixing in the cocoa, sugar, vanilla and egg. Finally, all that’s left is adding your crumbled biscuit before pouring the mix into a greased dish and setting it aside to cool.
A Versatile Treat
To further sweeten the deal, you can play around with this Marie biscuit fudge recipe. Why not try with a different biscuit? Or add a different flavour to cocoa powder. If you are a chocolate nut you could even melt chocolate into the heated butter. Just be careful to monitor the consistency of your fudge mix so that there is not too much or too little liquid.
Once you have tasted these yummys, it’s a hard choice between choosing Marie Biscuit Fudge or our Homemade Chocolate Nougat as your favourite!
