Trevor Noah is saying his final goodbyes to The Daily Show.

After announcing his exit from The Daily Show this past November, Trevor Noah officially had the last episode of his talk show this week.
For his last episode, Trevor Noah gave a thoughtful farewell focussing on the audience, his friends, and the staff for his final filming with the team.
While reflecting on his 7-year journey with The Daily Show, Trevor Noah thanked all his fans for supporting the show for as long as it had been running. Adding that when the show first started, they struggled to find enough audience members to fill the studio.
However, Trevor Noah had a special thank you to give to the women of color who have supported his show.
“I’m grateful to you every single one of you. I remember when we started the show, we couldn’t get enough people to fill an audience,”

He continued, “Then I look at this now and I don’t take it for granted ever. Every seat that has ever been filled to watch something I’m doing is always appreciated because I know the empty seat that sits behind it,”
According to Variety, The Daily Show will take on a new form until the show can find another replacement for the show. Until then, the show will have duo hosts, and it will alternate between hosts.
The official lineup includes Wanda Sykes, Marlon Wayans, Chelsea Handler, and Leslie Jones to name a few. Since its final episode, The Daily Show will return again in mid-January 2023.
At the end of the show, the comedian was surprised with a tribute song “You’ll Never Walk Alone”. Which happens to be the song from his favorite soccer team, Liverpool.
