Midnights has been released for just a week and the album is already topping the charts. While Drake previously made history as the first artist to have nine songs on the Billboard 100, Taylor Swift is quickly reclaiming her crown.
As of today, Taylor Swift has officially made history as the first artist to clean up the top ten on the Billboard charts this week. Thus comes after Drake was the first artist to have nine tracks from his album on the Billboard charts previously.
Thus far, Midnights is currently the singer’s 13th studio album following the release of her re-recorded album Red. The singer previously teased the release of her album through a series of TikTok’s called Midnights Mayhem with me.
Right now, the top spot on the Billboard 100 belongs to Anti-hero from the Midnights album. The track has quickly become a TikTok trend since its release on October 21st this year.
Presently, Taylor Swift is taking the internet by storm with her new era of music as the NYCU alumni have also surpassed singer Harry Styles with the most streams of a single album in one day.
Harry Styles previously held this title with 53 million streams of his third studio album Harry’s House. However, Midnights reached over 73 million streams in one day since its release.

To date, Taylor Swift has sent her fans into a frenzy following a hint at re-recording another album. This comes after the singer referenced this by holding a vault key which symbolizes the rights to her music. The singer is yet to confirm these compelling theories.
