SK Khoza has recently been in the spotlight, however, it has not been good publicity. Earlier in the month, the South African actor was caught on camera as he was shouting insults at a man – and this was the first video of three that went viral.
And finally, Khoza acknowledged his behaviour in a social media post, asking for forgiveness from those he hurt.
SK Khoza pray for forgiveness
In the videos, Khoza can be seen acting upset as he circles a man while shouting profanities and insults at the man.
However, according to the former The Queen actor, the man was acting racist towards him first.
“I was away with friends in Mpumalanga and the white man you see in the video was racist towards me, so I retaliated. He called me by the ‘K-word’,” said Khoza.
And on Tuesday 12 April, Khoza took to Instagram and claimed that he was in a “dark place” and apologised to those he was rude or mean to.
The post is a video of a prayer with the song, Refiner, playing in the background. And the prayer asks God for strength during dark times.
A concerned father
Khoza’s father is also concerned about his son’s behaviour online. The Daily Sun has reported that Stanley Khoza is currently searching for Khoza in Gauteng.
Mr Khoza left KZN after seeing the videos online and couldn’t get a hold of his son.
“Like everybody else, I’ve seen my son’s strange behaviour on social media,” he said.
“And when I find him, we’ll discuss the way forward!”
Khoza’s father has further also asked for help from a local sangoma as he believes that “muti” was used against his son.
