Prince Harry is nearing the end of his memoir to be released next year.
In new details that have emerged recently, Prince Harry has officially confirmed the title of his new memoir, which is ‘Spare’. Presently, the title is suggestive of some bombshells to be dropped next year.
Prince Harry to talk about his royal life
Right now, the memoir is expected to be released on the 10th of January 2023. His memoir was scheduled for an earlier release. However, it is unclear what drove the date to be pushed.
Thus far, some speculation around the memoir of Prince Harry includes the fact that the Prince may not want to disclose too many details about the royal family. Especially after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
In a statement released by Penguin Random House recently, the publishers shared some insight into what the book will cover.
“As Diana, Princess of Wales was laid to rest, billions wondered what the princes must be thinking and feeling – and how their lives would play out from that point on,”
Life after Britain
While we know that Spare will focus on his life as a royal, CBS reports that the title currently references being a spare to the royal. Which also references not being the first in line to the succession.
Previously, Prince Harry had expressed his concerns for his wife Meghan Markle. After the Duchess of Sussex shared she faces racism and ill-treatment from the royals. Right now, many will know that the royals have broken away from Britain because of this reason. As well as the mental health of the former actress.
In an interview with their neighbor in Santa Barbara, Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle shared that their child’s skin color was a topic of discussion, particularly through the efforts of maintaining the white gene line.
However, Prince Harry expressed that he will not disclose the name of the person who expressed this concern. The royal’s memoir follows an explosive memoir written by his mother about her unhappy marriage to Prince Charles. The memoir was titled Diana: Her True Story.
To date, the financial matters were not disclosed by Penguin Random House, however, Prince Harry will be donating the proceeds to charities in Britain. Spare will be released on the 10th of January 2023. There will also be an audiobook version narrated by Harry.
