Margot Robbie is not here for the fake rumors about her friendship with Cara Delevigne.
Margot Robbie shares what really happened
In previous pictures taken by paparazzi, sources shared that Margot Robbie was pictured walking out of Cara Delevigne’s home crying. However, what people saw in that picture is far from what they thought was happening.
According to Cosmopolitan, Margot Robbie was not pictured walking out of Cara Delevigne’s home nor was she crying at the time the photos were taken. In her interview with the publication, the actress addressed the rumors quickly and efficiently.
“I’m not at Cara’s house – I’m outside an Airbnb that I was renting for five days! And I’m not crying! I had something in my eye. I’m trying to grab my face mask, trying to hold a coffee cup, and I couldn’t get a hair outta my eye.”
Earlier this year, Cara Delevigne was pictured looking a bit out of place at an airport. The model and actress was also spotted roaming the airport without any shoes on at the time. This sparked worry from the model’s fans with others suggesting an intervention.
Reflecting on her early career
Among other things, Margot Robbie also attended a Q and A about her new film Babylon. The film depicts Hollywood in its early days from silent films to the demise and success of some of the early Hollywood figures.
In a separate interview, Margot Robbie also spoke of the early days of her career. The actress noted that the paparazzi were very invasive and inconsiderate of her life when she starred in her first big film, Wolf of Wall Street.
“I remember saying to my mom, ‘I don’t think I want to do this.’ And she just looked at me, completely straight-faced, and was like, ‘Darling, I think it’s too late not to.’ That’s when I realized the only way was forward.”
However, the actress has now learned how to manage and handle the paparazzi at this point in her career.
“I know how to go through airports, and now I know who’s trying to f–k me over in what ways,”
The actress is set to appear in the highly anticipated film Barbie which will premiere in 2023.
