Jason Frank has reportedly passed on at the age of 49. His cause of death was not immediately revealed.
According to The Guardian, Jason Frank rose to fame in the 1990s when he starred as Tommy Oliver who later becomes the white Power Ranger in the series which has since had movie adaptations over the years.

Presently, the Power Rangers series centers on five teenagers who are skilled in martial arts. One of those five included Jason Frank for several years before the series picked up different actors as the yeast went by.
Right now, several publications have shared that Jason Frank has died by apparent suicide. However, this news is yet to be confirmed by his representatives and family. His representative Justine Hunt shared that the family asks for privacy during this difficult time.
Earlier this year, TMZ reported that Jason and his wife Tammie Frank were getting a divorce. His marriage to Tammie Frank would be his second after his marriage to Shawna Frank.
While Jason Frank is best known for his roles in the Power Rangers series, the actor had a great love for martial arts. So much so that he opened his very own studio called Way of the Fighting Fist.

In the years before his passing, Jason Frank also embarked on fighting in the MMA. However, the actor was no aiming to fight for titles as he simply shared he did it for the fans.
‘I’m not looking for any titles specifically. Ultimately, I want to give my fans something to watch and be proud of.’
In 2017, the actor got into a heated altercation with Jean-Claude Van Damme. The actor challenged him to a fighting match at the time and needed to be separated by security at the time.
Thus far, Frank is expected to be in the new Power Rangers film was is set for release in 2023. When he returned to the franchise once more, the actor shared that he will be retiring from the franchise.
Jason Frank currently leaves behind four children. One in his marriage to Tammie Frank and three in his previous marriage to Shawna Frank.
