Andrew Tate is causing a stir on the internet again.
Right now, the Muslim community is not welcoming Andrew Tate with open arms. After a video of the influencer went viral praying in a Mosque. Their current stance on his latest decision is less than supportive.

Presently, Andrew Tate has come out as Muslim. However, it is unclear if he had always been Muslim or if he has converted to the religion. Thus far, the community feels that being part of Islam does not excuse his behavior on social media to date.
Thus far, Andrew Tate is widely known as a misogynist. After a variety of comments made about the role of women and the abuse, they may face.
The former boxer previously shared that women should take responsibility for the role they play in abuse. Adding that their actions are most likely the reason why they face being victims of rape.
He has also stated that a woman’s place is in the home and that women cannot drive. These are just a few of the misogynistic views he has shared on his platform to date.

While Andrew Tate has been fairly famous for his boxing career, the public figure has gotten much more popular as a social media influencer. His controversial videos have gained millions of views thus far.

Now, the actions of the influencer didn’t go unnoticed as Andrew Tate had previously gotten banned from multiple social media platforms which include Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Twitch.
Right now, his actions have quickly been taken as a publicity stunt following all of the controversial comments he has made over the years.
According to BBC, Andrew Tate was also removed from Big Brother in 2016 following claims that he physically abused a woman. At the time, the former boxer claimed that a publication was going to publish a video of himself hitting a woman with a belt. However, he claimed that the video was edited and that this wasn’t true.
In a recent post, Tate shared, “This is why I’m Muslim. Any Christina who believes in good and understands the true battle against evil must convert.”
