From Wimpy to Vodacom there are so many great adverts that we just could not stop laughing over for years. Nowadays we have adverts that just don’t have the same impact as they once did! So we’ve complied a list of adverts that will brighten up your day and take you back to a time of nostalgia.
Wimpy
Wimpy has made plenty of great advertisements over the years, but somehow this is the one that just took the cake.
King Price
Not such an old ad, but certainly a funny one for the current state of the world and our country. The lockdown has had a lot of negatives so a little laughter goes a long way.
Joko
A case of mistaken identity, or is it just an ego thing! This ad certainly remains relevant as so many people have a bad attitude and treat others poorly. Thus, making this one a really relatable commercial that makes us all laugh.
Cremora
Now this is one that everyone knows! Whether you ever bought Cremora or not, you know that the Cremora is not inside, it’s onnnnn top!
Simba
Before watching this throwback we’re sure that you can already hear the Simba chippies singing. Simba had some excellent campaigns back in the day and we all remember the Simba chips packets with the various tazos to be collected.
Nandos
So we’ve saved the best for last and let’s be honest, Nandos is simply sensational when it comes to marketing. There are countless Nandos ads that deserve to be featured but this is one that hits home. South Africa is known for having many cultures who claim this land as their home, with eleven official languages we’re definitely all about diversity. After all, we’re nothing without each other!
