Winnie the Pooh will no longer be the same honey-loving character everyone once knew. Presently, the first trailer for the new film completely tarnishes the memory you may have of the beloved character.
Honey lover turns blood-thirsty murderer
To date, Winnie the Pooh has officially become the property of the public domain. This means that the public may do whatever they like with the character and one filmmaker has decided to turn him into a murderer.
In the latest trailer for the film, Winnie the Pooh and his buddy Piglet are turned into complete bloodthirsty murderers who prey on their victims. Thus far, both characters are extremely violent with their victims.
So far, both Winnie the Pooh and Piglet are in their natural territory which is the woods. The only current difference is their ways in nature. Which is a complete 180 from what viewers are normally used to.
Winnie the Pooh seeks revenge on Christopher Robin
As shared in the latest trailer, the entire film centers on Winnie the Pooh and Piglet’s revenge on Christopher Robin. Who had outgrown his friends and left them to seek their own way of survival. This survival most likely includes killing animals they lived around with for many years.
Upon Christoper Robin’s return to his former favorite place, the trailer shows him and another friend exploring the area he once fondly spent time in. Right then, it is evident that Christopher Robin is seeking to find all of his friends such as Eeyor and everyone else.
However, his return to the woods is not met with a warm welcome. As Winnie the Pooh and Piglet go on a murder rampage. To seek revenge on Christopher Robin who abandoned them many years ago.
To make matters worse, guests fill up the cabin in what should have been a girl’s weekend. But, things quickly take a turn, and Winnie the Pooh and Piglet mark their territory with blood and quickly wipes out the invaders of their space.
As the chaos commences, Christopher Robin is quickly met with regret. At this point, it is not clear whether Christopher Robin is murdered in the film as the trailer cannot show all the surprises. But, one thing is for certain. Disney is cringing at the latest developments.
